The Chef de Partie role One year experience of a high-volume, quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role Run sections and have good knife skills and filleting experience Passionate about Mediterranean Cuisine and Seasonality Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own career development is a must Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
