Housekeeping Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our Housekeeping team at Grosvenor House Suites! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping Office and will assist in all the Housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standard. Your main duties will include (but not limited to): Prepare rota for room attendants, porters and public area Give out the master keys, HotSOS devices and make sure that the staff signs for it. Ensure that the room allocations for room attendants are ready in time, in line with budgeted staffing (credit) levels and to ensure the most efficient running of HSK operation. Prepare all relevant paperwork from Opera and handover for Supervisor and Managers also. (trace, VIP guests, DM log, complaints.) About you Previous working experience as a Housekeeping Office Coordinator within a 5-star Hotel Excellent level of written and spoken English Experience of using Microsoft Office Knowledge of Opera System, Rex, HotSOS Friendly, approachable and professional
