Tobacco Control. *FLEXIBLE LOCATION - HOME BASED* This is a newly created opportunity due to business expansion, for a skilled, passionate senior qualified nurse to join a dynamic healthcare provider as Lead Clinical Supervisor. Applications are welcomed from RGN or RMN qualified nurses, nurse managers and clinical leads, who also have some level of leadership experience. You will provide clinical supervision to their growing team of smoking cessation practitioners across England, and you will organise and oversee direct observations of the national teams. The position will also see you managing quality assurance, having clinical oversight of the services and monitoring monthly care audits across the organisation, ensuring best practice and managing & continually improving processes and procedures. This is an exciting time to join as you will be part of the strategic growth plan, you will be instrumental in working on service development projects, driving staff performance & recruiting and onboarding new teams and delivering clinical training across the different teams.
