Adults Senior Service Manager

This is a temporary role with an initial duration of 3-6 months, and the potential for extension based on your performance and internal circumstances. Responsibilities: Senior Service Manager role a key support in delivering statutory duties. Support operational service to deliver key duties of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act. Challenge and support practice, support quality and assurance activity across the service. Lead by example, support staff with line management duties and ensure performance improvements are embedded and impactful. Looking for candidates with transformation experience Must have strong leadership / management skills Must have Mental Health experience as this role is supporting their MH front line teamPreferred Experience: Service Management: Previous experience in a similar role within the UK Social Care industry. Team Environment: Thrive in a well-structured, organized team environment.Minimum Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a comparable UK role.
