Refrigeration Tutor / Coach

Job Title: Refrigeration Tutor / Coach Location: Centre and field based delivery Salary: up to £55,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Type: Full-time, Permanent Duties: Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting. Visit Apprentices out in the field to carry out learning audits and evaluations Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectationsEssential Criteria: Hold one of the following teaching or coaching qualifications: Either a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET) OR Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA) OR relevant Coaching qualification Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified. Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump) Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning. Experience of delivering training to adults Good level of I.T skills Excellent presentation and communication skills.
