Assembly and Packing Operatives - Near Taunton - Ongoing temporary
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Assembly Operatives on a long-term temporary basis for their manufacturing client near Taunton.
There is the opportunity for the role to potentially lead to a permanent job.
Job role:
This will include working in a small team to assemble and pack the items. You will be working in a sterile environment, so you will need to wear PPE such as hair nets and lab coats. You also will need to remove all jewellery and cosmetics.
Hours of work:
38 hours per week and you are paid for all your breaks.
Rotational shift pattern
Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm Friday 6am to 12pm
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm Friday 6am to 12pm
Pay:
Hours worked between 8.00am and 5.00pm are paid at 11.44 per hour all other hours are paid at 12.24 per hour. This works out as an average hourly rate of 11.75 an hour.
