Employee Relations Advisor??  Birmingham/Milton Keynes ?  Are you experienced in Employee Relations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced ER environment? The ideal candidate will be CIPD accredited, possess a deep understanding of employment legislation, and have a proven track record in handling diverse employee relations cases.   We are seeking an individual with strong influencing skills, coaching abilities, impeccable problem-solving skills, and a knack for thinking innovatively.
