Site Manager

Role: Site Manager Location: Nottinghamshire Salary: Up to £55,00 p/a (dependent on experience) Additional: Company vehicle or car allowance Job Type: Full-time - Permanent Are you an experienced Site Manager with prior experience in large scale civils and utilities projects and looking for a fresh opportunity? We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, an integrated design and delivery solution provider within the utilities sector. They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Site Manager to strengthen their construction team. This role will cover directing and overseeing the safe and effective management of site teams working on a range of projects across waste and clean water, utilising internal teams as well as specialist sub-contractors. Key duties: To manage, supervise and mentor the site team as required Maintain and promote cost conscious management through efficient use of all resources Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated Produce, review and brief teams on method statements and risk assessments Ensure all records are provided to the CDMC for inclusion within the Health and Safety File in a timely manner following scheme completion Attend all training associated with Site management duties including appointed person, temporary works etc as requiredRequirements: Relevant Civil Engineering or Site Management Qualifications Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate) CSCS Site Manager (Min) First Aid at Work Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry Experience in deep excavation and civils constructionWhat they offer: Company car or car allowance 25 days holiday plus bank hols Company pension scheme, matched up to 10% Life assurance cover 4x annual salary Private Medical insurance, employee assistance programme and discount schemesIf you feel you are suited to this role, then please apply with an updated CV and I will get in touch as soon as possible.
