Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Milestone Developments in Scotland, United Kingdom. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Team leadership and motivational skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
