Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Academy Learning and Development Manager to drive growth in our Building and Civil Engineering Division. You will design, implement, and coordinate training programs that align with strategic objectives and enhance employee performance. Collaborating with HR professionals and divisional leaders, you will ensure effective and impactful training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs based on industry trends, regulations, and employee development goals.
Align training initiatives with business strategy by working with divisional leaders and HR professionals.
Create training programs addressing skill gaps and supporting strategic objectives, including technical skills, leadership, and soft skills.
Oversee divisional training activities and group-wide program participation.
Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and recommend improvements.
Promote continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
Ensure training programs meet industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Monitor and audit training records.
Track expenditures and identify funding and cost-saving opportunities.
Lead and support Academy administrators, ensuring accurate training records.
