The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role As the successful Project Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside a close-knit team of 15 experienced Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors in a supportive, family-like environment. Specialising in Residential & Hotel sectors, this consultancy also delivers impressive projects across commercial offices, healthcare, churches, mixed-use developments, and student accommodation, with project values ranging from £1m to £100m+. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of sectors and have the opportunity to broaden your expertise while delivering exceptional results on complex, high-profile projects. Your role will involve leading projects through all stages, from inception to completion, with plenty of room to grow within the business.
