Customer Service Advisor

Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 6 Customer Services Co-Ordinators for their client based in Solihull Business Park.

Working Hours:

• 08:30-17:30 - Monday to Friday

Pay rate:

• 11.76

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Receiving high level of inbound calls.
• 100+ outbound calls per day
• Directing calls to the relevant departments with a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using customer relationship software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft software packages
• Experience with 100+ high outbound calls
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
