Your Role In your first year, you will: * Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. * Create professional CV profiles to market to clients. * Collaborate with sales teams to boost candidate placements. * Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager. * Earn commission throughout your journey. Support and Mentorship From day one, you'll receive thorough support from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor.
