Ventra is currently seeking a Marketer (B2C) for investment immigration and relocation company, which has its Head Office in London. The position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements. Future Tasks: Lead generation Creation and testing of offers and funnels for lead generation a. Studying the target audience b. Creating target audience portraits and CJM c. Preparing USPs for different client profiles Competitors monitoring Preparation, coordination and implementation of marketing budgets Marketing activities management: a. Running PPC campaigns (together with the PPC team) b. Email / WhatsApp newsletters (together with the CRM marketer) c. Content creation and lead generation in social networks (together with the SMM manager and editorial staff) d. Website development: work on product pages, case studies and blog content (together with the website team, SEO team and editorial staff) e. Updating brochures and creating lead magnets (together with the editorial staff and designers) f. Webinars: attracting an audience, converting the audience into requests g. Online Reputation Management: reputation control, responses to positive and negative reviews What we expect from you: Successful proven track record of working with high net worth target audiences (HNWI and above). Preferably financial services, premium real estate, yachts, luxury goods, etc. Successful proven experience of working with various traffic channels Fresh outlook, creativity, willingness to learn new things and to analyze related markets in search of non-standard solutions Well-developed aesthetics and sense of beauty Making decisions based on data and test results Independence and initiative Experience in building marketing funnels for warming up, engagement, lead generation in different traffic sources Attention to details, and a healthy amount of nerdiness.
