Restaurant Manager

Chelsea, SW3 Hours:
48 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (primarily weekends) Holidays:
Closed 25th, 26th December, and 1st January, with additional closures on some bank holidays
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at a popular, high-energy establishment in the Chelsea area. Reporting to the Senior Restaurant Manager and General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. This position is perfect for a hospitality professional looking to grow in a dynamic, guest-centred environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Inspire, train, and develop team members to maintain high service standards Manage stock, place orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and availability Work closely with the Senior Restaurant Manager and General Manager to meet financial and operational targets Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards What We Offer: Salary:
