With multiple offices, we are committed to offering high quality client care and legal expertise. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Sleaford. In this role, you will manage a small initial caseload that will grow over time, focusing on a wide range of private client matters, including: Taking instructions and drafting wills Preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Handling grant applications and estate administration Preparing deputyship applications Managing the affairs of elderly clients ABOUT YOU: To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills: Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Wills, Trusts & Probate (essential) Ability to manage a varied caseload independently A client focused approach, with a commitment to providing high quality service Strong organisational, time management and IT skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a legal team Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour ABOUT US: Despite our size we have a strong sense of community throughout the firm and across departments.
