Senior Sous Chef

Having been well-established for years, they are thriving and now looking to strengthen the team with a strong Senior Sous Chef. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence the menus and develop your management skills working within a brigade of talented chefs. There is a brigade of 6-7 chefs preparing modern European cuisine. They prepare everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will all be sourced locally. The successful Senior Sous Chef will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of cooking and had previous experience within a fresh food kitchen - preferably a busy one!
