We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our pre-opening team at Amélie, one of Sunset Hospitality Groups first UK opening.

The Role
As Chef de Partie you will oversee a section in the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meets expected standards. You will contribute ideas for menu development and innovation, support in training of new team members, and maintain the highest standards.
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury, Michelin-starred, or destination restaurant
Experience within a French restaurant desirable
Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient handling and kitchen equipment
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to wo maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure smooth flow of service
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Passion for food, working with high quality ingredients, and hospitality
