Refrigeration Tutor / Coach

Job Title: Refrigeration Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) Location: Centre and field based delivery Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria: * Some experience of training / coaching / mentoring others in house ‘on the job’ * Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified. * Hold a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ or equiv in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump) * Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning. * Good level of I.T skills * Excellent presentation and communication skills. * Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Duties: * Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting. * Visit Apprentices out in the field to carry out learning audits and evaluations * Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA * Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations Please note: KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
