Workshop Manager Wanted – Join a Leading Team in Greenford! Are you a skilled and dedicated professional ready to lead a dynamic workshop team? We are recruiting a Workshop Manager to work for a reputable client based in Greenford. If you have a background in mechanical engineering and proven experience in team management, we’d love to hear from you! Workshop Manager Pay & Schedule * Annual Salary: £50,000 * Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 18:00, with one Saturday shift every fortnight Workshop Manager Responsibilities * Conduct and ensure all machinery and equipment are thoroughly tested and fit for hire * Oversee pre-delivery inspections and perform routine maintenance * Liaise directly with the Hire Desk for efficient coordination of collections and re-hires * Uphold strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols during equipment operations * Lead weekly team catch-up meetings to foster communication and productivity * Set and achieve key targets by effectively managing and motivating your workshop team Workshop Manager Requirements * Background in mechanical engineering with experience in handling various machinery and attachments * Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role * Must live in or be able to commute easily to Greenford If you’re ready to take on the responsibility of Workshop Manager in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, we want to hear from you!
