Responsibilities & Duties – Site Health, Safety & Environmental Manager Visible, onsite, leading the Health, Safety & Environmental function across the site, responsible for implementing H&SE management systems An EHS Manager who will lead the development and implementation of the site’s Environment, Health & Safety deployment plan to deliver objectives in line with the Group Sustainability and HSE Strategy Coach and mentor the teams around HSE initiatives Leads BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) program Develop and implement Environmental Management System Develop effective EH&S risk management program to ensure compliance Lead the investigation of accidents, Environmental and H&S incidents to identify, implement and maintain corrective actions Analyze EH&S lagging and leading KPIs to identify improvement Embed an operationsal HSE framework Essential experience and qualifications – Site Health, Safety & Environmental Manager FMCG experience ideally within logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environments Empower all levels of workforce, floor to SLT Visible and approachable - ALWAYS!
