Bennett and Game are currently representing an award-winning architectural practice based in Birmingham, who are seeking an ambitious Architect to join their ever-growing team. Specialists within a variety of sectors, our client work on a both of New Builds and refurbishments within the Transportation, Education, Community, Workplace and Residential sectors. Since establishing, our client has developed a tight-knit team of around 30 employees, consisting of a variety of technical and design-focused professionals. Joining a bespoke architectural practise, the successful Architect will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a project, assisting with all aspects of a project. Alongside the benefit of personal progression, our client offers flexible working hours, increasing holiday and the opportunity to influence the company's progression Architect Position Benefits & Salary Competitive salary, ranging from £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependant on Experience) Holiday, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Christmas shut down Pension Support Training Other Benefits to be discussed at interview stage Architect Position Overview Project runner and design team coordinator generally focusing on a single primary project Client liaison on small commissions under guidance of team leader Representative the practice externally through client and consultant liaison Mentor for less experienced staff members Developing project and team leadership role within the practice Developing design approach and bringing experience to the realisation of design concepts Key role in the development of design proposals from inception to completion Working on RIB Stages 1-6 Architect Position Requirements Relevant Degree Qualified, Essential Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience is preferred Experience working on RIBA Stages 1-6 Living in a commutable distance of Birmingham Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, Essential Good working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, AdvantageousBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
