Are you a children's home deputy manager or an experienced children's residential senior support worker looking to join a very child focused company?
This is a great opportunity for you to gain the wonderful experience of setting up a small new children's home working together with a fantastic passionate home manager and a very supportive responsible individual.
Role: Children's Home Deputy Manager for a NEW 2 bed EBD/LD Children’s Home Location: Old market town of Kirkham near Preston Salary: £39,390 per annum Plus company bonuses
This position is available for you to start before the home opens in the new year!

You will be enrolled onto the Level 5 Diploma Leadership & Management children & young People.
The Hours of Work:
Rolling rota shift pattern (3 months in advance) 10 shifts per month
A shift is 24 hours 10am to 10am following day includes sleep in.
Working a 1 on 2 off shift pattern
Mixture of office duties working alongside the manager and also presence on shifts.
To Apply:
* You will have good experience as a children's home deputy manager or children's senior support worker.
* You will have gained the level 3 or 4 children's residential qualification.
* You must have a passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
