Job Title: CPCS Traffic Marshall Location: Cambridge, Start Date: 21st October 2024 Duration: 3 Weeks Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour (Under UTR) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable CPCS Traffic Marshall to join our team for a project in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic on-site, ensuring the safety of all personnel and visitors, and maintaining efficient traffic flow. Key Responsibilities: * Direct and manage the movement of vehicles on site. * Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles by implementing effective traffic management strategies. * Communicate clearly with drivers and site personnel to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents. * Assist with general site duties as required. Requirements: * Valid Blue CPCS Card is essential. * Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites. * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
