The Production Sous Chef must have experience in Production or Manufacturing and experience in Leading a team over 20 people.
The Production Sous Chef must also have excellent computer skills and be very commercial savvy with excellent understanding how to operate a kitchen.
The Pastry Production Sous chef alongside Head chef lead a fantastic brigade creating award winning products creating an amazing working environment
The ideal Production Sous Chef will have experience in production, Manufacturing background Manufacturing background
