A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading Asbestos Management Consultancy, renowned for providing professional, high-quality services in asbestos management across the public and private sectors. With UKAS accreditation and a diverse portfolio of clients, our client offers a full range of specialist services, including asbestos surveying, air monitoring and project management.
Due to the acquisition of a large long-term commercial contract in Derby, our client is looking to hire a multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor Analyst/Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to cut down on your commuting time and join a well-respected organisation that can offer progression into a more client facing role.
Key Duties of the Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:
- Completing Management, Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys across large commercial type premises.
- Carrying out Asbestos Air Tests, Asbestos Fibre Counts, 4-Stage clearance testing.
- Producing comprehensive asbestos survey and air monitoring reports to be issues to clients.
- Collecting bulk samples to be taken in for analysis.
- Delivering support to clients and colleague queries when requested.
The successful Asbestos Surveyor Analyst will have:
- Full UK driving license.
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404/RSPH3 qualified with a minimum of 2 years field experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent knowledge of HSG: 264 and 248.
- Knowledge of TEAMS (or similar asbestos software.
