Early Years Practitioner

The nursery provides a safe environment for the children to thrive as they learn and develop new skills. The current team work closely with the parents of the children to ensure all the children are happy and settled within the nursery, and can identify any additional needs they may have. The nursery are currently searching for an Early Years Practitioner to join their growing team. The successful applicant will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years Education or equivalent, and will have previous experience working within an Early Years setting. The ideal Early Years Practitioner will be passionate about helping children reach new milestones and build their independence, and will be confident in joining a new team and working together to ensure the children within the setting are safe and secure at all times. The successful Early Years Practitioner will: Be adaptable to different challenges, and work well under pressure Be positive and enthusiastic in their approach to children’s learning Be able to provide 2 professional references, including one from an Early Years setting.
