Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer

p We're looking for a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Corporate Estates Facilities Management team based across sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. /p br br Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements. br p /p br p strong Location /strong : Multi-site. Across sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire /p br p strong Contract /strong : Full Time, Permanent. /p br p /p br p strong What will you be responsible for? /strong /p br p As a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Planned and Reactive Maintenance across the Client estate. /p br p Your day to day will include: /p br ul li br /li li Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across numerous sites br /li li Identifying and reporting with immediate effect any statutory or critical plant failures that will give rise to br a health and safety risk to building occupants, visitors or general members of the public to the br Manager. br /li li Supervising and assisting M&E sub contract labour wherever required. br /li li Carrying out building inspections and report damages/faults br /li /ul br p /p br p strong What are we looking for? /strong /p br p This role of Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer is great for you if: /p br ul li br /li li Commercial Multi Skilled Maintenance experience – specifically within mechanical, fabric and br electrical br /li li Good customer liaison skills br /li li Experience of reactive maintenance/breakdowns with relevant experience of working in a large multi br building site preferably in a commercial environment br /li li Have your 18th Edition and 2391 certs br /li li HVAC & FGas quals would be beneficial br /li /ul br p /p br p We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
