Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: East London/Essex (Office) & London (Sites) Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays) Key Responsibilities: * Oversee £40 million worth of social housing residential new build and refurbishment projects * Manage and support project and site managers, ensuring smooth delivery across all sites * Report to the Operations Manager, providing regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines * Split time between office-based work (30%) and site management (70%) * Ensure all projects meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards * Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders * Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control * Conduct regular site visits, quality inspections, and safety audits * Mentor and develop junior managers, ensuring team performance and growth Requirements: * Extensive experience in both new build and refurbishment projects * Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor with a robust pipeline of work into 2025/2026
