Senior Business Development Manager - London (Hybrid) Our client is on a mission to solve the shortage of tech talent that’s holding businesses back. How? With hundreds of employees across Bangalore, Dublin, Sydney, Krakow, and London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced company with highly ambitious plans for the coming years. They're hiring a BDM to join the growing UK team. This will be a predominantly outbound-focused position (huge lead gen support from SDR team, inbound and large ad-spend) and focused heavily on developing, owning and executing a sales strategy. Responsibilities - Generate outbound opportunities and follow up on inbound leads to build a sales pipeline. First 6-8 months, manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to opportunity generation, contract negotiation, and close. Once you have built a good pipeline you will be able to recruit a BDE to work with you. Build and maintain a consistent deal pipeline in new business leads and opportunities. Win new multi-year service contracts valued between 500k - 1.5million Build a network with tech leaders across mid-large companies in Europe (CTO / CIO / SVP Engineering / Head of Digital / Director of Transformation / Head of Software Development). Keep up to date with trends in your territory and within the tech, DevOps, and software product space Innovate and add value to the sale process and sales collateral Maintain CRM and Database accuracy. Log all activities and actions and stay on top of your pipeline deliverables. Requirements - Track record in delivering high-value deals from scratch Skilled at prospecting and initiating conversations with C-level executives in tech companies. Comfortable selling F2F and online.
