About the Role: As a Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside talented chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes for executives and clients. You'll play an important part in delivering a refined culinary experience, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily food preparation and menu planning Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas and techniques to the table Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure efficient use of ingredients
