Your new company
You will be working for a highly successful engineering company that has successfully grown year-on-year. Due to the promotion of the current Receptionist/Administrator, they are currently looking for a new addition to their team.
Your new role
You will be working in a busy open-plan office and will be responsible for answering and screening all the incoming calls to ensure that they go to the correct person in the organisation. As well as this, you will be responsible for ordering stationery and uniforms, making sure that the office is tidy, and the kitchen is stocked with beverages. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of administrative tasks and will help out with projects and the booking of travel and hotels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills and have at least a year's experience working in a busy office. As there are administrative duties involved, a knowledge of Word and Excel is essential.
