Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and cover lessons across KS2 in the absence of class teachers. Work with small groups or individual students, helping them to achieve their academic potential. Lead and manage classroom activities, ensuring students remain engaged and focused. Provide additional support for students with varying learning needs, including adapting tasks where required. Collaborate with staff to create a positive and productive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Cover Teacher in a KS2 setting. Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Ability to manage a classroom effectively and deliver engaging lessons. Relevant HLTA qualification, teaching experience, or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable.
