Key Responsibilities: Repair: Utilize your technical proficiency to diagnose and efficiently repair various forklift models, addressing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues at customer locations. Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance on forklifts at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and extend their operational life. Troubleshooting: Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime for our clients. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and standards during all on-site repair and maintenance activities, conducting thorough inspections and making necessary adjustments. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities, including detailed reports on repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, while working remotely. Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers on-site to understand their specific requirements, provide technical support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Experience within a Mechanical or electrical engineering role Experience with diagnostics Familiarity with health and safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while in the field.
