A brand-new, modern French brasserie in the heart of London is seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef eager to step up to Sous Chef level after successful probation and training. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to advance their career in a dynamic and growing kitchen.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, with all overtime paid by the hour

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in high-end brasseries or fine dining restaurants

High-Pressure Environment: Proven experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead junior chefs, train new staff, and manage kitchen operations under pressure
