Bench Hand Joiner

The Role: We are seeking experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join our Client. We have multiple vacancies available. Your responsibilities will include: * Assembling pre-cut and prefabricated parts using hand and power tools. * Working on bespoke builds with a variety of materials, including solid surface. * Verifying all components against cutting lists to ensure availability. * Completing job cards accurately and reporting any discrepancies to the relevant manager. * Recording tasks using our SAP system (training provided). * Producing work to the highest standard within deadlines. * Maintaining tools and reporting any faulty machinery. * Adhering to Health & Safety regulations. Experience & Qualifications: * At least 2 years of bench hand joinery experience. * Experience with solid surface work is preferred but not required. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Willingness to grow and adapt to meet workload demands. * Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Working Hours: * 39-hour workweek: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. * Overtime opportunities available at a flat rate.
