This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven finance professional to play a key role in shaping financial strategies, improving profitability and driving performance within a fast paced, dynamic industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, proving accurate financial information to support key business decisions. * Produce variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in costs, budgets, and forecasts. * Partner with department heads to develop budgets and forecast future financial performance. * Support the development and implementation of financial models to improve cost efficiencies. * Monitor cash flow, profitability and overall financial health of the business, providing insightful reporting to senior management. * Manage the month end and year end processes. ABOUT YOU: To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience in management accounting with strong financial analysis and reporting skills and the ability to influence key decision makers.
