Quality Inspectors x 8 Join our team as a Quality Inspector contractor and help maintain the highest standards in product inspections throughout the Submarine build process. This role is perfect for a skilled Quality professional with initiative, capable of working independently and supporting junior team members within their expertise. Role Responsibilities: Inspection & Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inspections according to inspection and test plans across various areas, including Dimensional Control, Electrical, Paint, Mechanical, Weld Inspection, and more. Guidance & Mentorship: Provide guidance to less experienced team members, ensuring quality standards are understood and met. Process Adherence: Follow established quality processes and procedures, contributing updates as necessary. Independent Inspection: Conduct routine inspections autonomously and manage more complex activities with minimal oversight. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across BAE Systems Submarine Division, representing Quality in cross-departmental and customer interactions. Customer Engagement: Conduct customer audits and walkthroughs, acting as a quality representative in local reviews.
