Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed F&B Supervisor to join our team. As a F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all F&B outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will also be required to manage and train team members. Your responsibilities: Supervise and the F&B department and its outlets Ensure that all food and beverage service is of the highest quality and that guests receive excellent service. Support and develop food and beverage team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable of menu offerings and service standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Be familiar with and adhere with the licensing laws. Ensure that sufficient levels of equipment are maintained to service the business, i.e. glass, stock, skips, measures, etc. Act upon any positive / negative comments from clients and reports to the F&B Manager Ensure that all areas covered by you are ready in every respect for service at the beginning and throughout every shift.
