Interim Commerical Lead

Interim Commercial Lead: Day Rate: £500 - £750/day (inside IR35) Length of Contract: 6 months + Type: Interim, Full-time, Remote with adhoc travel Key responsibilities: Lead a team in delivering high-quality procurement/quantity surveying services Manage supply chains effectively and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes Apply post-contract expertise, ensuring commercial processes and procedures are followed Utilise extensive experience with NEC3/4 contracts to manage and resolve contract issues Present and review strategic papers and contribute to reporting on commercial procedures Requirements: Proven experience in procurement within the construction industry Strong experience in stakeholder management and supplier management Experience in leading teams and working on large-scale construction projects Knowledge and experience with commercial processes and procedures Familiarity with NEC3/4 contracts is critical Ability to travel across the UK for adhoc site visits as requiredHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
