Quantity Surveyor**
Location: Thames Valley Region - Reading
Salary / Rate: £45,000 - £52,000

**Qualifications:** A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
**Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in cost management and project management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules - Conduct risk, value management, and cost control functions
