We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager committed to creating exceptional guest experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's stylish Cocktail Lounge, set in a stunning location within the property. Manage a lively bar serving a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, brunch, and light bites, to both residents and non-residents. Lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing a busy bar with a varied drinks menu, including cocktails. Hotel experience is beneficial but not required. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proactive and hands-on, thriving in a large team environment. Knowledgeable about cocktail or lounge bars, with the ability to manage peak times efficiently. Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
