Mechanical Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment Project (Birmingham)

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Birmingham.

Details:

• Location: Birmingham
• Project: Commercial Refurbishment
• Pay Rate: 300 per day
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break deducted)
• Duration: Temporary position (exact length TBC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all mechanical aspects of the commercial refurbishment project, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth operation on-site
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant codes and standards
• Monitor progress, quality, and resource management to ensure timely project delivery
• Resolve any on-site issues and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Black CSCS Card (essential)
• SMSTS certification (essential)
• First Aid certification (essential)
• Proven experience managing mechanical projects in a commercial setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
