As a rapidly expanding automotive repair company with locations across the UK, we're looking for someone to help us maintain clear communication and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Phone Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
* Work Provider Updates: Keep work providers informed and updated on job status.
* System Management: Accurately update computer systems and portals with relevant information.
* KPI Achievement: Consistently meet daily targets to uphold our high standards.
* Job Management: Load daily jobs into the management system, ensuring branches have all the details for seamless repairs.
* Team Support: Assist branches as needed to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.
