Job Title: Account Executive Location: Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday are in office) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 100% OTE Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive focused on new business development to join our clients team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding their customer base. This is a pivotal role in the company, where your ability to build relationships and close deals will directly impact their success. You will take a consultative approach , working with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrating how their product can deliver value. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and experience in closing high-value deals . Client We are working with a leading tech company that specialises in digital business cards, offering seamless contact sharing through Apple Wallet and Google Pay, without the need for an app. The platform is eco-friendly, helping businesses cut down on paper waste, and it prioritises security with full compliance to GDPR and CCPA standards. This solution is ideal for organisations that value sustainability and top-tier data protection. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic targeting Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close Develop a consultative approach to selling, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions Achieve and exceed 100% OTE through effective negotiation and closing of new deals Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new customers Maintain detailed records of interactions, forecasts, and sales activity in the CRM Continuously identify opportunities to expand our presence within key verticals and markets Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar new business-focused sales role , ideally within a tech company Strong hunter mentality with a track record of successfully closing new business deals Experience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle , from prospecting to closing high-value accounts Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline effectively Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and meet revenue goals Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions Strong negotiation and presentation skills KPIs and Success Metrics: Achievement of 100% OTE through new business acquisition Number of new clients closed per quarter Growth in revenue from new business Consistent pipeline development and qualified lead generation Successful onboarding and integration of new clients If you are an ambitious Account Executive ready to manage high-value accounts and drive revenue growth, we would love to hear from you
