We are currently hiring Mobile Support Officers (MSOs) to join our team for a crucial assignment. For this role, candidates must be located within a 20-minute journey from the following postcodes: IG1, EN3, RM3, N18, HA3, IG3, N17
You will need to use your own vehicle and must have business insurance and are able to claim the mileage
Driving requirements to create flexibility - under 9 points
No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!Your Role:
As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you'll play a key part in:
Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoringWhat You Bring:
Your own car
BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesAssignment Details:
Working Pattern:Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: The shift pattern covers 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Core hour schedules are from 9am to 2am including weekend working however please note the majority of shifts are between 4pm to 2am with a 7.5 hour shift length. Shifts are issued in line with the needs of the business and are unable to be chosen or selected by preference. You must be available to accept the rota you are issued.
