Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Officer will include:
- Support the planning and management of health and safety compliance across the organisation.
- Offer guidance and assistance on health and safety matters to staff and leadership as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure appropriate records are kept in accordance with requirements.
The successful Health and Safety Officer will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. i.e., report writing
- Excellent organisational skills, with high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team, working effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
- Commitment to delivering excellent level of professional service.
