Job Title: Senior/Principal Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services) Location: Manchester My client is currently looking for a Senior or Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join their team based in Manchester. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of electrical design projects, ensuring they meet the highest technical standards and are completed on time. Prepare detailed calculations, specifications, and drawings in line with client briefs. Oversee project quality control, ensuring that internal and external standards are consistently achieved. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting senior engineers while also mentoring junior and graduate engineers. Contribute technical expertise to new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects in the commercial and mixed-use sectors. Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Design or a related field. Experience in electrical design, particularly for commercial and mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of Building Services Engineering systems, including their performance and application. Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, contributing to the success of multi-disciplinary projects.
