Estates Manager

Estates Manager £50,000 Hybrid We are on the hunt for an experienced Estates Manager to join our dedicated Estates & Facilities team to support in the day-to-day management of our extensive portfolio of over 200 properties nationwide.  Reporting into the Senior Estates & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for lease management (including renewals, breaks and exits), as well as providing a trusted and valuable service to key stakeholders across the business. What you will be doing: Contributing to the development of the Estates & Facilities Management strategy and action plan to deliver continuous improvement of estates and facilities across the organisation Supporting on the proactive management of the portfolio to ensure we meet legal requirements, environmental and H&S standards Supporting the finance team on all rental, service charge, rates and insurance costs for budget creation and control Working with business leaders to understand ways of working and requirements Supporting the business in any new lease acquisitions, ensuring that we onboard properties that are fit for purpose Ensuring that the correct maintenance regime is set out from the start to ensure we comply with lease covenants Building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with stakeholders and supply chain Providing strategic and technical input to Marston Holdings asset management, refurbishment and new acquisition initiatives Supporting the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of an EFM project Ensuring all written and electronic data entry, reports, records, letters, and other documentation are completed in an accurate, comprehensive, and timely manner and logged to the appropriate CRM system What we are looking for: Strong numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of MS Office Strong commercial knowledge and analytical skills Significant experience in a similar role managing properties across multiple sites The ability to work in a fast paced environment What’s in it for you?
