Product Marketing Manager

Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our well-established and experienced Marketing team based at our Oldbury site. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. About the role: We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the growing, fast-paced Marketing team in Oldbury. Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Key responsibilities as Product Marketing Manager will include: * Ability to analyse product sales data and recommend opportunities for private label sales growth * Work with product managers and manufacturing partners to develop commercially viable private label product portfolios * Work with internal creatives and external agencies on developing private label visual identities, sales materials, and other supporting collateral * Work with other members of the marketing department and sales teams to ensure commercial activation of private label product portfolios Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Product Marketing Manager will include: * Valid full UK driving licence. * Full product-lifecycle experience from idea creation through to successful commercialisation * Ideally degree educated but not essential * Must be able to operate successfully in face-to-face situations * Worked in a similar position or role that incorporates product development * General product marketing background Benefits: * Company car or car allowance * Included in the company's bonus scheme. * Company mobile phone and laptop * From 23 days annual leave (plus public/bank holidays) increased with length of service * Company pension (if eligible) * Life Assurance cover (x2 salary) * Excellent opportunities available Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join the team at Hayley Group – please click ‘apply’ now to become part of our growing Marketing team - we'd like to hear from you
